Not at all! This workshop is designed for all skill levels. Beginners will receive step-by-step instruction on foundational hand-building techniques, while more experienced participants can focus on refining intricate details and advanced sculptural forms.

Ceramics is a slow art that requires patience. Once your sculpture is complete, it must air-dry slowly for about a week before undergoing its first "bisque" firing, followed by glazing and a final "glaze" firing. Your finished piece will typically be ready for collection within 3-4 weeks.

Working with clay is a tactile and sometimes messy process. While the clay and glazes we use generally wash out of fabric, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little dusty, or bringing an apron to protect your outfit.
