The human gaze possesses a subtle yet formidable power. It can convey judgment, impose expectation, or offer quiet validation—all without articulating a single word. All Eyes On You is a series of hand-crafted ceramic eye sculptures that investigates the unspoken emotional terrain women navigate when subject to the pervasive, often unwanted, scrutiny of society. As women, we are continuously attuned to the weight of a stare. Whether awkward, invasive, or deeply appreciative, a single glance carries the capacity to alter how we move through public and private spaces.

This collection transposes those intangible social dynamics into tactile, three-dimensional forms. By isolating and multiplying the eye, the installation prompts a confrontation between the viewer and the object. The works mirror the complex dualities of observation: we exist under the lens of societal expectations, yet we also view ourselves through that same distorted filter. This constant negotiation begs critical questions: Do we truly know how to perceive our authentic selves when our self-image is continually shaped by external perception? What happens when we turn the gaze back onto the observer?

Conceived as a dynamic wall installation, All Eyes On You transforms the act of looking into an active dialogue. The sculptural forms create an immersive environment where spectators must navigate being watched by the very artwork they came to observe. Through this reversal, the series serves as a space for collective contemplation—encouraging viewers to interrogate their own roles as both observers and the observed, while examining how our visual interactions define societal behavior and human connection.
